8500mm Needle Punching Machine High Performance Counter U Model Board Type

This machine is suitable for processing a variety of cotton such as regenerative cotton, purified cotton, chemical fiber cotton. By punching fiber, we can get non woven felt.

1. The needle punching machine unit consists of one simple tearing machine GM400,one simple carding machine GM450 with chute feeder, 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 sets needle punching machine GMZ2600 with winder and cutter. The necessary spare parts include 1set Fan motor, 3sets Main motors, 3sets Speed reducers and 1 set Electric control panel board.

2. The needle punching machine unit can make non woven fabric; It can convert fleeciness fiber or cotton into needle punched cotton, such as sofa cushion, spring mattress, carpeting and blanket.

3. Working width adjustable; Thickness adjustable.
