Product Description

2000mm nonwoven carding machine with High Quality

Application :

The machine is used to open and card the opened fiber into fiber webs of fixed amount, which will be transferred to next working procedure.

Technical parameters:

Working width	1550-3500mm
Machine type	single cylinder double doffer, double doffer double doffer

Structure:

Horizontal feeding lattice is PVC lattice, with pressing roller for evenly feeding.
Four rollers for feeding with diameter φ135mm, anti-metal protection device is used at the material input of machine, which could test the metal and has auto-stop warning.
There are 3 suits of working roller and stripping roller on breast cylinder and 5 suits of working roller and stripping roller on main cylinder, totally 8 suits of working zones to card fiber completely and form web evenly.
Edge-suction system is equipped and the dust particles will be transferred to special dust cage.
Walking platforms are placed on two sides of machine for maintenance. Machine Safe guard cover is transparent organic glass.
Carding wire is high quality from GERON.
